The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is EU Regulation 2022/2554, in force since 17 January 2025, and it sets binding ICT risk management requirements for banks, insurers, investment firms, and other financial entities operating in the EU — including the critical third parties, like cloud and IT service providers, that support them.
